Naturopathy is based on the use of natural agents such as air, water, light, heat. Naturopathy or naturopathic treatment is a form of alternative medicine that promotes “self-healing” practices by means of natural resources.
We practice a various treatments and therapies to heal our clients from their illnesses by natural methods including yog (yoga), natural and pure oils in diet, pure organically grown veggies and fruits and alkaline water.
We discourage the use of drugs, and promote techniques such as control of diet, exercise, and massage, essential oils and so on.
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to wellness. The underlying principles of naturopathy are
- the importance of a healthy diet,
- clean fresh water,
- exercise and
- stress management.
Naturopathy supports a person to live a healthy lifestyle. In this we try to explain, how to look after our own health and the health of our family, minimising symptoms of any illness, supporting the body’s capacity to heal, and balancing the body so that illness is less likely to occur in the future.
Naturopathy is not a treatment for specific illness or disease. Naturopathy is a complementary therapy, it may be used alongside other medical and therapeutic techniques.
